What are the benefits of becoming a member of Our Land?

  • You become a co-owner of productive agricultural land without having to handle its management, while receiving dividends and discounts on the food products it yields.
  • You receive a free allocation of CryptoPoint Tokens (XCPT), the first cryptocurrency backed by a real asset such as agricultural land.

What is the minimum amount required to become a member?

The minimum amount is 300 euros, which allows you to purchase 100 category B shares of Our Land Holding, comparable to savings shares.

What level of risk am I exposed to?

Given the prudent management approach and the absence of fixed personnel costs, investing in land is considered to be very low risk. Liquidity, however, is a different matter.
Until Our Land shares are listed, the time required to liquidate your investment after the minimum 18-month holding period cannot be guaranteed as immediate, since the shares will be transferred to the next investor.

How will the land be used?

The agricultural land acquired (olive groves, arable fields, pastures, etc.) will be used for the natural production of high-quality, organic olive oil and for cultivating ancient grain varieties.

Prosperity, on the other hand, is a constant objective pursued through value creation, achieved by targeted investments at advantageous prices, strict limitation of fixed costs, and the development of Our Land’s own agri-food brand, along with complementary ventures such as eco-villages and tourist properties.

What is meant by an Ethical Project?

The profits set aside within Our Land Holding and the soon-to-be-established sister company, CRYPTOPOINT Holding, will be allocated to initiatives in ethical sectors where public intervention has progressively diminished over the years, primarily healthcare, education, universities, and professional training.

What is meant by a Sustainable Start-up?

Our Land’s primary goal is to safeguard and protect the territory, both in terms of food production and landscape preservation. This includes taking a clear stance against the spread of solar panels and wind turbines on productive farmland or in tourist areas. This is not merely a matter of preference but a logical and necessary choice in the face of growing global concerns about food scarcity. It is contradictory and unsustainable to allocate land essential for food production to energy installations.
We believe that energy generation should take place in dedicated areas, such as vast desert regions where large-scale installations can operate efficiently, and energy transport costs can be absorbed over time. Alternatively, it should occur on the roofs of homes, industrial buildings, and parking structures.
In forested areas that are often part of the acquired properties, reforestation initiatives are planned to help counteract CO2 emissions and promote environmental balance.

Where does Prosperity come from?

  • The intrinsic value of productive agricultural land has been on an upward trend for some time, a trend expected to continue due to global demographic dynamics. Moreover, major financial groups and multinational corporations have long been investing in land, a finite and essential resource for life.
  • The profitability of the agricultural land will come from converting our share of the harvests into food products marketed under our own brand, Our Land, primarily through online channels. In addition to the monetary value of sales, this will also generate further value through the growth and recognition of the brand itself.
  • Members will enjoy exclusive discounts on agri-food products sold in our online shop, derived from the production of their own fields or olive groves, as well as from our partner producers.

What kind of food products are we talking about?

Our Land’s mission is to distribute, under its own brand, healthy and accessible food suitable for every type of diet. Examples include olive oil, pasta, biscuits, and breadsticks.
Unlike what has unfortunately been hastily approved in many countries, we categorically refrain from including in our range any synthetic foods of uncertain chemical origin or insect-based products. Our concern regarding the latter stems from the presence of chitin, which is indigestible for humans, and from the complete lack of conclusive studies on their effects on the intestinal microbiota.

When is the listing of Our Land shares expected?

The ongoing loss of agricultural land from its original purpose will inevitably lead to a strong appreciation in the value of the land acquired and, consequently, a significant revaluation of shareholders’ equity and, even more notably, of the related currency, the CRYPTOPOINT Token (XCPT).
The expected timeline for the listing is between three and four years. However, reaching a share capital of five million euros ahead of schedule could allow the process to be accelerated.

So, will the value of the shares be directly linked to the market value of the agricultural land acquired?

  • The revaluation of assets will be further enhanced by the creation of our agri-food brand, considering the growing market demand for high-quality organic and natural products.
  • In addition, the acquired land may allow for the restoration or redevelopment of pre-existing buildable areas, with innovative housing solutions focused on energy efficiency and sustainable materials.
  • Complementing these activities, the company may also acquire small tourist properties to be used for rental or shared ownership purposes.

Note: For both agri-food products and projects in the real estate and tourism sectors, members will enjoy pre-emptive rights and preferential conditions.
