Entrepreneur and product leader with a strong focus on sustainability and technology, Alan is the Founder and CPO of Ecomate, an open-ESG rating agency and SaaS platform for ESG compliance and impact measurement.

Over the years, he has helped companies translate complex sustainability frameworks into clear, digital-first tools that are usable by both investors and businesses.

At Our Land, he supports the project as Web and Institutional Advisor, working on the digital strategy, user experience and positioning of the brand towards institutional partners and the broader market.

After years spent travelling and working across different countries and industries, he is convinced that the future of finance lies in transparent, data-driven and ethical projects that connect real assets — like land — with innovative technologies such as blockchain.

Graduated in Economics and Finance, he has oriented his professional and personal path toward the high tech sector, gaining solid experience in sales within multinational environments while also contributing to the development and launch of start ups.

Alongside this journey, he has maintained a constant commitment to volunteering, particularly in the education and training of younger generations.

Daughter of a dedicated farmer, she has always been passionate about nature and the local land.

After earning her accounting diploma, she began a diverse career in public relations and event management, while also gaining experience in administrative roles.

At Our Land, she is responsible for selecting suitable land starting from research, organizing site visit tours, and managing relationships with property owners and agencies, notaries and partner companies.

A passion passed down through generations for more than 50 years.

From 2011 to 2017 he lived in Australia to enrich his cultural and professional background, gaining fluent command of the English language.

In 2017 he took over the family business and, within just two years, by embracing evolution and applying innovation in a highly traditional and slow changing sector, he transformed his role from direct farmer to agricultural entrepreneur. He broadened the company’s vision, establishing collaborations with national leaders in the industry.

Along the way, he developed a strong interest in the real estate market. After training at a renowned international academy, he successfully launched his first company in the sector in 2022.

He chose to share the Our Land and Crypto Point Token project, considering it unique in its kind, capable of bridging two very different worlds such as agriculture and technology, giving anyone the opportunity to cultivate an Ethical, Social and Innovative project.

For many years, the products he managed ranked among the top performers worldwide.

Later, he made a heartfelt and ethical decision to step away from the increasingly aggressive world of finance, dominated by large corporations and their AI systems, to dedicate himself to a project built on concreteness, tangible and productive assets, yet modern and technologically advanced, such as Our Land – Crypto Point.

He has also provided consulting services in real estate investments, including agricultural land, for many years.

Everything is guided by Ethics, Sustainability, and Prosperity, the core principles that inspire Our Land and Crypto Point Token, the first cryptocurrency backed by a real asset: the land itself.

He holds a Law degree from the University of Modena, graduated first in his class at the Forensic Application Course, successfully completed the EuroSim Master by MF Conference with professors from Bocconi University, and took part in McKinsey’s corporate master program focused on organization and market targeting.

Passionate about financial markets and technical analysis, he worked for years alongside Gianluca Braguzzi in the financial sector, and together they attended the SIAT Financial Analysts Course.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business, and is a labor consultant specializing in corporate welfare, having also completed a Master’s in Industrial Relations in collaboration with the National Association of Labor Consultants.

Deeply committed to volunteering and social engagement from a young age, he sees in the Our Land – Crypto Point Token project the concrete realization of an ethical, sustainable, and prosperous initiative.

Formerly a tax lawyer, trained by working alongside her father, a tax consultant. An experience in exports broadened her understanding of Middle Eastern markets, which she now explores mainly from a real estate perspective.

With her growing interest in soft skills and human relationships, she left the legal profession to specialize in strategic referral marketing, developing unique expertise in business relationship development.
As a BNI Area Director and trainer, she has cultivated a deep understanding of relational dynamics, building successful partnerships that she also applies to her personal life.

She is the co-producer and host of the show “Il Salotto di Emanuela”, dedicated to sharing stories of entrepreneurs who have chosen to put relationships first.
In 2024, she co-authored the book Investitore Relazionale (The Relational Investor), which summarizes the business model she practices and promotes: creating partnerships based on authentic relationships, with the goal of enhancing professional excellence, fostering real collaborations, and maintaining balance between achievement and personal well-being.

Following the principles outlined in her book, Emanuela chose Ourland as a personal experience, embracing a project that places ethics, sustainability, and prosperity at its core — a project that is accessible even to non-professionals and deeply meaningful in terms of local development and land protection.

Registered with the Financial Advisors Association since 2001, has worked with banks and investment firms at both national and international levels. In 2010, he became Executive Director of the BNI Region in Turin, building a network that grew to include over 40 business groups and more than 1,300 members.
Through this network, Andrea opened new international opportunities, particularly in the real estate investment sector in Dubai and other Emirates.

He co-developed and helped produce the format of the program “Il Salotto di Emanuela”, where he enjoys selecting entrepreneurs who value people and relationships.
