In December, we finalized a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of a new plot of land adjacent to our existing property in Gualdo Tadino. Although relatively small in size—approximately 6,000 square meters—the land is strategically located and will be entrusted for cultivation with ancient and organic grains to the qualified and specialized company Capoccia Bio, in line with the management of our other fields.
As shown in the attached photo, the land has been used mainly as pasture in recent years, making it immediately suitable for organic production. This acquisition represents a further step in our growth journey, bringing the total area of land we own to approximately 12 hectares, with additional plots already identified for future expansion.
We are proud to continue our commitment to sustainable agriculture by progressively increasing the area dedicated to organic farming and ancient grains, further strengthening our dedication to high-quality, healthy, and environmentally responsible production.
