All the information presented on this profile refers exclusively to the initial phase of the project, concerning a capital raising up to a maximum amount of €1,000,000, structured as a private initiative and, at this stage, not qualifying as a public offering under the applicable regulations.

The project is in an advanced development phase and the legal, financial and regulatory structuring activities are currently underway in order to prepare the Information Document for the subsequent fundraising tranche between €1,000,000 and €8,000,000, which will be published as soon as the relevant compliance process is completed.

For the fundraising phase exceeding €8,000,000, the project will be structured in full compliance with the applicable European regulatory framework (including the MiFID II framework, Prospectus Regulation and applicable securities laws and the rules governing public offerings and digital financial instruments), providing for all required authorisations, prospectuses, corporate structures and investor protection mechanisms.
