What is OurLand?

OurLand is a sustainable agricultural project that promotes ethical farming, protects the land, and ensures access to high-quality, organic, and non-GMO products. By joining, you support responsible agriculture while benefiting from exclusive advantages.

Where are the crops grown?

OurLand cultivates its products on carefully selected land using sustainable and regenerative farming methods, with the help of local workers. We prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and organic agriculture to ensure the highest quality products

What kind of products does Ourland offer?

OurLand focuses on organic, non-GMO crops, including ancient grain cereals, olive groves, and other natural products grown with respect for the land and without synthetic chemicals.

Where can I buy discounted agricultural goods?

Directly from the Ourland website and social media, or from partners through various agreements with those who will process products from our land (e.g., an olive mill bottling oil under our label).

Why is there no online information and why rely on word-of-mouth?

Because, as confirmed by the professionals who supported us in the formation and authorization process, the idea is very valid and could be copied. Therefore, we will proceed differently once we reach a scale that secures our position as the original creators of such a project.

The financial advisor sector in Italy is off-limits to avoid conflicts of interest with affiliated companies. Independent advisors are prohibited from receiving any kind of returns, which our commercial plan includes for both the land and crypto divisions.

Starting from the second phase, the project will also be presented through the Ambassador role, following participation in training webinars.

Understanding the Crypto Compart & XCPT System

What is the CRYPTOPOINT (XCPT) project?

The CRYPTOPOINT (XCPT) project is an initiative that combines investments in agricultural land (LAND compartment) with a curated portfolio of cryptocurrencies (CRYPTO compartment). The goal is to create long-term value for shareholders through asset growth and future dividend distribution.

What are the benefits of investing in the LAND compartment?

By investing in the LAND compartment, you not only receive free XCPT tokens but also benefit from revenue generated through the resale of land rights, rental income, and the sale of high-quality food products reserved for members. Future development projects also include tourist properties and eco-villages.

What are the benefits of investing in the CRYPTO compartment?

In the CRYPTO compartment, an experienced team manages a portfolio of carefully selected cryptocurrencies with the goal of maximizing long-term value. Additionally, both the referring member and the new subscriber receive extra XCPT tokens as a bonus, according to the reward tiers outlined.

How do I sell XCPT coins on the market? Do you offer support?

Absolutely yes. Members can attend webinars on how to allocate, manage, and sell their coins. They will also receive a dedicated Ourland credit card that allows the use of XCPT as a payment method.

How much does it cost to buy a week of timeshare?

It depends on the property and location.

For members:

  • First 8 weeks: €1,000 and 100,000 XCPT (7 of 8 already booked)
  • 9th–12th: €1,200 and 120,000 XCPT per week
  • 13th–15th: €1,500 and 150,000 XCPT per week
  • 16th onward: €2,000 and 200,000 XCPT per week

For non-members: double the above prices. Coins must be purchased from the holding company before listing, or on the market after listing.

How can I take part in the project?

You can participate by subscribing to Class B savings shares in either the LAND or CRYPTO compartments. The minimum subscription is €1,000, and free XCPT token allocation varies based on the subscription amount and the reservation date.

What if I subscribe with an amount other than €10,000?

XCPT token allocation is proportional to the amount subscribed. For example, a €1,000 subscription will receive 10% of the tokens assigned for a €10,000 subscription, based on the reservation date.

How is the referred bonus calculated?

In the LAND compartment, the referring member receives a cash bonus in euros. In the CRYPTO compartment, both the referrer and the new member receive additional XCPT tokens. Full details are shown in the allocation tables.

After I invest, can I sell my shares and get my capital back?

Upon listing, freely on the financial market (except for staking with XCPT). Before listing but after 18 months:

  • LAND division: a waiting list for new subscribers, who will first satisfy sellers before contributing new funds.
  • CRYPTO division: freely redeemable at the current market price.
  • Note: this 18-month period may extend up to 24 months if the fundraising does not reach €650K.

How can a blockchain-based coin be backed by physical land?

The blockchain will enable certified linking of land as it is acquired, serving as the underlying asset for the circulating coin supply. The coin supply will have a capped maximum (Max Supply), while the land base can grow indefinitely.

What is a Class L share certificate?

It is a specific category of shares backed by land

What happens to the property if the company fails?

If a notarial deed has been executed, nothing happens—though it is very costly. In the case of purchase via registered or unregistered private agreements, these must be asserted during bankruptcy proceedings. That said, the bankruptcy of a company that operates without debt and pays only through variable methods is highly unlikely, if not impossible.

If I sell the coins back to the company, do I get a contract for land?

Exactly. You will receive a Class L share certificate corresponding to the number of coins returned.

Who manages the timeshare property and who pays for maintenance?

Bookings will be made through platforms like Airbnb or Booking and managed by Ourland’s office. Cleaning, utilities, and key delivery costs will be borne by the week holders.
