Habemus Terram! First Land Purchased in Gualdo Tadino

On October 1st at the office of Notary Biavati in Perugia, the deed was signed for the purchase of the first large plot of land. The property covers over 86,000 square meters in the municipality of Gualdo Tadino in the Caprara area. A charming piece of land on the Umbrian hills, partly agricultural, already ploughed and ready for sowing, and partly woodland, destined to become the heart of new sustainable initiatives.

The Municipality of Gualdo Tadino has granted its patronage for a reforestation project involving local school students in environmental education and land care activities. In addition to the main ploughed area, another section will bring the total cultivable surface to around five hectares, part of which will be cleared to return to productive use.

The land, which for years has been used as meadow and pasture, is naturally suited for organic farming. An agreement has therefore been signed with the renowned company Capoccia Bio, which will oversee agricultural management through a local farmer.

Work has already begun. The land has been ploughed and tilled, and it will soon be sown with varieties of ancient grains.

Production will follow a sustainable and shared model. Food products obtained, particularly pasta made from ancient grains, will be offered in advance to members, while the remaining portion will be sold on the market through the upcoming online store on our website, which will soon go live.

With this first major milestone, a new phase begins. Land comes back to life and the project grows with the community.

All acquired lands will serve as the underlying asset of Crypto Point Token (XCPT), the first cryptocurrency backed by real land, for which we are completing the pre authorization procedures.
